Claire McDonnell
Union Hall
Claire McDonnell has been a fierce advocate and supporter of the arts for many years, providing steadfast support in her role as bookkeeper for Union Hall, and several other local cultural organizations, through organizational support, board membership, volunteerism, and community engagement.
Since 2017, McDonnell has worked as an Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper for El Porvenir, a local non-profit organization based in Broomfield, Colorado, which is dedicated to providing clean drinking water for Nicaraguans. In her spare time McDonnell also provides bookkeeping services and operational support for several small non-profit art spaces, including Union Hall, the Biennial of the Americas, Take Note Colorado, and Sphere Ensemble, where she also serves as board member.
McDonnell goes well above and beyond her role as Union Hall’s bookkeeper, providing financial expertise, creating valuable connections with other organizations, participating in programming, and advocating for the arts on a personal level. She cares deeply about the work that she does and has had a profound impact on Union Hall and the arts community of Denver.
